This task is to produce a report, either written OR recorded presentation (PowerPoint, Prezi or other form of slide presentation). For the report, you are to imagine yourself working for an organisation. You can use an organisation based on your field of study (e.g. public relations, IT, accounting firm). You are tasked with researching and producing a report on the development of a formal email policy for the organisation. Aspects to discuss in the report include (but are not limited to):

You are required to research and include at least five (5) reputable references in the report. Any information that you take from external sources must be referenced and a reference list included, either at the end of the written report or on the final slide of the recorded presentation.
