achievement of these goals.

your behaviors or skills in these areas.

Task 3.1: Devise a personal
and professional development plan based on identified needs. You must base on

processes and activities required to implement the development plan. From
certain criteria in Part 4.7 on Page 152, or from other criteria you wish to
use, you can decide the best development activities for you and steps for

Task 4.1: Undertake and
document development activities as planned.

situation of work-based problems you selected in the Assignment 2, apply the

interpersonal activities you would do if you were in such those situations.
