LO 1: Understanding how self-managed learning can enhance

P 1.1. Evaluate
approaches to self-managed learning. In specific, you must state the Kolb
model and all approaches to learning. And, you must find out at least one
advantage and one disadvantage of each approach.

which lifelong learning in personal and professional contexts should be
encouraged. In specific, you must point out which career is suitable to each
type of learning basing on Honey and Mumford’s theory framework; and propose
at least one way to enhance personal performance and career progression.
