The competitors of Executive Cars Ltd have already been using such systems which have improved their efficiencies.  The project is technically feasible, though subjected to the risks like delay in completion of project, not meeting the expectation of the organization. The management of Executive Cars is in support of this project and expects to implement these systems as early as possible.

P1.3 –Produce Specification for the agreed project for Executive Cars Ltd

  • Customer Service Module
  • Web Portal Module
  • Fleet Management Module
  • Reports and Analytics Module
