Chemical speciation of Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Pb, Se and Zn in protein sport nutritional supplement. The aim of this work is to develop a protocol to study the distribution of the trace metals mentioned above in protein sport supplements ( Milk & egg, Soya and Whey proteins) using HPLC-ICP-MS. Used HPLC column in Gel Filtration chromatography. After elements distribution , we will study the protein identification using HPLC-MS. Also metals species quantification will be studies after that.
